I had a great experience with Long Construction on the roof replacement of my home. They supported me throughout the process, including advocating with my insurance company. I especially appreciated David Chontosh who was always available to answer my questions in a friendly and professional manner.

The contract and the explanation of work to be done was clear and explicit; including the warranty options. Their price was fair and competitive with other estimates I obtained.

The roof replacement was a complete tear off (including the cedar decking that needed to be replaced per code). The crew did a great job working steadily - particularly during one very hot and humid day. The work was completed swiftly; clean up was thorough; and the roof looks great. There were no unpleasant surprises!

Throughout the process, everyone was polite, personable, and professional. I could not be more pleased with this experience. I would surely recommend Long Construction to friends and family.

We had roof damage due to Highwinds last week. We had called a few companies including long construction some didn’t even return our calls but long construction called us back very quickly. They scheduled to come out the next day and we’re on time and prompt very reasonably priced and we made an appointment for them to return the next day to fix the roof. They came earlier than was expected which was great because leaving a roof exposed in wet weather only causes more problems. They did a fantastic job cleaned up everything and were very professional and easy to deal with will definitely use them again. We highly recommend them.

We have used Long Construction 3 times now. We first chose them to replace our roof at our previous house. The crew worked tirelessly to get the install done in the timeframe needed. The install was perfect and they cleaned up so well you would never know that it was a full tear off!
When it came time to replace the roof, siding and gutters on our new home there was no question on who we would use. Mike the owner was on the job working with his crew and again the work was impeccable. They even installed the new outdoor lights we got!

On the office side Becky is incredibly easy to work with. With COVID we had several delays, but Becky contacted us and was informative and transparent so we never felt uneasy with what was happening. Anyone who is working with or getting estimates from companies for improvements will understand how important a quality this is. From estimates, to scheduling to completion Long Construction is the absolute best and easiest to work with. We will always use and recommend Long Construction!!

I would highly recommend Long Construction. I had severe wind damage to my roof and Bob did a very detailed inspection and went above and beyond with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered properly. The crew did an amazing job not only with the roof but with cleanup as well.
